Wild World

Saturdays 1600 - 1800 / 5 - 10 pax / Guided by Gary

$59 / session

Min. 5 pax to commence.

Wild World is a forest therapy experience that invites you to leave behind the city noise and reconnect with nature in one of Singapore’s hidden meadows — a place where time slows, the air feels softer, and you can be free.

Going into the wild isn’t about conquering nature; it’s about surrendering to it. It is stepping into a space where you can just be—no expectations, no rush, only the deep, grounding presence of the forest.

This is for the curious ones, who yearn for something beyond the mundane, who knows that there is a bigger world out there that awaits. And this isn’t about escaping the country, but about finding beauty right at home.

Come as you are, and let the wild welcome you home.

  • All forest therapy experiences follow the same standard sequence under the training of Association of Nature & Forest Therapy, which is a proven method to receive therapeutic effects of nature.

The guide will gently bring the group into awareness of the different senses and offer activities and invitations to interact with nature in a heartfelt manner. Sharing circles between the activities will also bring about collective learning and open up perspectives, offering authentic human connections.

With each unique theme, the guide will bring along their own colours to the experience and offer the opportunity to connect with this aspect of life.

  • As a dedicated social worker, Gary has built his career and life around serving others, through both his professional work and volunteer efforts. Witnessing the compassion fatigue and burnout experienced by his peers inspired him to reflect deeply on the importance of self-care. This journey led him to explore alternative healing practices, ultimately guiding him to Mindfulness and Forest Therapy.

Today, Gary divides his time between conducting wellness talks, mentoring aspiring social workers, and engaging in creative pursuits, such as playing the Native American flute. By integrating mindful practices with forest bathing, he strives to help others discover the healing power of nature, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate a sense of peace and balance in their lives.
