Public Group Walk

Dear Forest…

Sundays 1600 - 1800 / 5 - 10 pax / Guided by Rachel

$59 / session

Min. 5 pax to commence.

When the world feels heavy, the forest offers its quiet embrace. Dear Forest is a gentle invitation to step into nature’s tenderness—a space where the trees stand steady, the breeze whispers comfort, and the earth holds you without question.

This experience is not about seeking; it is about receiving. Through guided moments of presence, you’ll be invited to slow down, to listen deeply, and to feel the quiet support of all the nature beings around you. The forest asks for nothing, its silent giving is a reminder that you are not alone, that you are part of something vast and loving.

Let the forest hold you. Let it soften what feels hard, soothe what feels raw, and remind you of the tenderness that exists both within and around you. Experience mindful self-compassion integrated in the program to restore loving kindness for self.

  • All forest therapy experiences follow the same standard sequence under the training of Association of Nature & Forest Therapy, which is a proven method to receive therapeutic effects of nature.

The guide will gently bring the group into awareness of the different senses and offer activities and invitations to interact with nature in a heartfelt manner. Sharing circles between the activities will also bring about collective learning and open up perspectives, offering authentic human connections.

With each unique theme, the guide will bring along their own colours to the experience and offer the opportunity to connect with this aspect of life.

  • Rachel grew up in environments that are highly critical, perfectionist and on a constant drive to achieve. In a Mandarin phrase that loosely translates to “butt on fire”, she lived with a restless energy that kept her always on the move.

In time, she found herself on a quest for a gentler way to exist, to relate to self, and to love others. This journey led her to Forest Bathing through Gentle Walks and Mindful Self-Compassion, practices that gradually nurtured a sense of tenderness and inner safety.

Now, she to share these experiences with others and offer a tender space to slow down, reconnect, and grow a loving kindness for self.
