Book a private mini crash-course to learn the foundational philosophies, techniques and personalized tips to integrate this practice into your daily life. This is designed specially for individuals needing regular anxiety and stress relief and a stronger sense of inner peace.

The course will equip you with the necessary knowledge to begin a regular practice for yourself, but excludes professional knowledge to hold space for others. Kindly note this is not a certification course.
