Forest bathing is a heart-centered practice that promotes authentic human connections. It brings out the fun-loving, genuine and curious side of us which breaks down walls and defences, allowing us to connect on a deeper level. By disconnecting from our worries and responsibilities temporarily, we can be more present to connect with our loved ones and share gratitude for the blessings in our lives.
