  • This program and its content is specially designed to impart necessary knowledge and techniques for self-practice.

There are a lot more skills and knowledge to acquire to be able to hold safe & therapeutic spaces for others. You are encouraged to explore the ANFT Guide’s Training program if you are keen to take this to the next stage.

You may instead act as an advocate by inviting friends and family to enjoy a slow and connective time in nature together and share some of the practices with them.

  • All sessions will proceed rain or shine. In this course, we will welcome the rain as a teacher. The encounter with extreme weather will be a great learning point to gain confidence in the outdoors.
