Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished. - Lao Tzu
In the blink of an eye, we have arrived at the end of the year again. Life in the city passes quickly, but we can choose to pause, slow down and notice all that has evolved.
Harvest Day Retreat is an intentional space to get in touch with yourself and review your year. Whether you have milestones to celebrate or chapters to close, you will have the support of the forest and community to make an intentional and meaningful closure.
Wherever you are in your journey, whatever you may be carrying, you are welcome.
This is an inclusive, non-judgmental and unforceful space. All activities will be invitational and practised in a non-religious nor ritualistic manner. You are welcomed to participate in the activities in a way that feels right for you.
Meet like-minded individuals and find your tribe.

Harvest is a limited edition series happening only in December & January to cross the threshold of the two years. Only 10 spots are available in each session.
Schedule
This is for you if you need...
♢ to rest & rejuvenate: be gently guided to slow down and experience the calming effects of forest therapy, yoga and sound bath.
♢ to release & reset: take time for introspection, process your emotions, release what no longer serves you, and emerge renewed.
♢ to celebrate your journey: bask in the celebration of your progress and give thanks for the blessings and harvests of the year.
♢ to seek clarity and direction: clear your mind and connect deeply to the truth within, gain clarity on your desires, set clear intentions and manifest your dreams.
♢ to find deeper connections: come into the full presence of life and experience meaningful connection with like-hearted souls through human stories
♢ to ground in practical spirituality: explore forest therapy and yoga as pathways to remember the diversity within you, and grow a strong core to face life’s challenges.
In the end, only three things matter: how much you loved, how gently you lived, and how gracefully you let go of things not meant for you.

Program
Forest therapy
We will start the morning by slowing down in nature and grounding ourselves in the present. Be guided to notice what you are carrying from the year and be supported by nature in a ceremony of thanks-giving and release. Expect a low-distance and gently-paced wander on the green lawns of Fort Canning.
Journalling & [Space]
We will sit in an intentional space to reflect on the year, and to journal our harvests and hardships. This reflective writing process will help you fully savour the chapters of the year, gain clarity and set intentions for the new year. You will be provided gentle journaling prompts to help you bid a heartfelt goodbye to the past and warmly welcome the new.
Yoga
Through a heart-opening yoga practice, you’ll be invited to slow down, connect with your breath, and move your body mindfully. The series of gentle stretches and restorative poses will support the release of tension in the body and calming of the mind. Tune into the needs of your body and cultivate compassion and acceptance of all passing thoughts, emotions, and sensations.
Sound Bath
Lying in the sleeping pose after yoga, we will gently ease into a therapeutic and relaxing sound bath. Be guided by the vibrations of singing bowls and soothing soundtracks to journey inwards and discover what lies in the subconscious. Enjoy an effortless reset of your nervous system and a return to your natural equilibrium.
Story Circle
We will gather in a voluntary sharing of stories, telling our tales of the year. Stories of joy and hardships are welcomed in this safe and supportive space. Experience genuine human connections through shared understanding, empathy and compassion, and be inspired by the learning and fruits of our individual journeys.
Integration & Completion
We will have a meaningful conclusion through (an optional) oracle card reading, tea sharing and a gratitude ceremony. Plant the seeds of hope and love for the new year and open your heart to the surprises of the new year. Linger on for casual conversations or silent-sit.
