  • Combining yoga with forest therapy can enhance the benefits of both practices, promoting relaxation, reducing stress, and improving overall well-being. The peaceful and natural environment of the forest can also deepen the yoga practice and promote a sense of connection to nature.

  • It is recommended to bring insect repellant, sunblock and small towel for personal comfort. You may also wish to bring a sitting mat, sarong or towel for sitting on the grass,

    For yoga, we highly encourage skipping the yoga mat and connecting directly with earth. You may use a sarong or thin towel for protection if needed. No other yoga props are required.

  • Any comfortable and cooling outfit for the outdoors and yoga is recommended.

  • Rain is a friend we welcome in walks as it brings about a unique set of encounters and offer an opportunity to deeply appreciate the concept of 'flow'.

    The program will flow around the weather and be conducted under safe conditions in the absence of lightning. The yoga session may also continue under shelter accompanied by the music of the rain.

    Should there be heavy thunderstorms that may be unfavourable for the full session, we will inform in advance on any cancellation or postponement.

  • No, prior yoga experience is not required. The yoga portion of the session is designed to be gentle and accessible for all levels.

  • The yoga segment will be a gentle and introspective practice, focusing on how our body connects to nature.

  • While the practice might be gentle, please assess if your body is suitable for mobility and movement.

    During the yoga segment, do highlight if you have any physical injuries or health concerns, so you can be offered alternative or modified postures.
